Legora is redefining how legal work gets done and seeks a proactive, tech-curious professional to bridge law and product. You’ll partner with leading legal teams, translate needs across lawyers and engineers, and champion adoption of Legora’s AI-powered platform.

You’ll help shape product direction, deliver demos and training, and guide clients through AI ROI while supporting global growth from our Houston-area operations.

Qualifications

• Background in law with experience at top-tier firms or in-house teams.
• Tech-curious and comfortable discussing generative AI and tech implementation.
• Able to translate legal/engineering jargon across disciplines.
• Skilled at structuring ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
• Proactively manage multiple client relationships.
• Open to disrupting traditional workflows with technology.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a thought partner to clients—building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Success to own client relationships from pilots to onboarding and firm-wide adoption.
• Be the voice of the user inside Legora to inform product roadmap.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to show Legora’s platform.
• Document best practices and help develop scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help clients navigate AI ROI and map AI impact across practice areas.
