Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or pre-sales).
• Solid knowledge of LLM inference, latency vs throughput, GPU vs token pricing, and model serving architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; capable of live technical demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with Sales and BD to assess client model needs and constraints.
• Design and deliver customized demos and POCs showing Model Studio capabilities.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and pricing with Sales/Legal teams.
• Address technical objections during the sales cycle, including SLA and throughput concerns.
• Assist in technical scoping and draft Order Forms with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to Product on feature gaps and pricing friction.
• Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, demo scripts, and FAQs.
• Support post-sale handoff to Operations and Customer Success.
