Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and BD for Model Studio deals, leading technical discovery, demos, and tailored architectures. You will interact with engineers through to C-suite, traveling regionally as deals require, and help shape pricing and scoping.

You will translate client requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with Legal and Commercial teams, while creating reusable assets and enabling sales.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Architect, or pre-sales).
• Solid knowledge of LLM inference concepts, latency vs throughput, and pricing models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; capable of live demos.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and BD on calls to assess client model needs and budget constraints.
• Design and deliver customized technical demos and POCs for Model Studio.
• Translate requirements into proposed technical solutions and pricing with Sales/Legal.
• Address objections and technical questions during the sales cycle.
• Support deal scoping and Order Form drafting with stakeholders.
• Provide product feedback to inform roadmap and reference architectures.
• Create reusable technical assets for sales enablement.
• Assist in post-sale onboarding handoffs.
