Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design, deliver, and govern enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Defender.

You will implement governance, security, and lifecycle management across Power Platform and Azure to enable scalable agent environments. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, and collaboration with customers to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies, including hands-on AI or agent-based solutions.
• Practical experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry, including first-party agent capabilities and custom-engine agents.
• Experience designing declarative and embedded agent experiences across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, including YAML-based development patterns.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management across admin centers and related services.
• Able to guide solution design decisions and advise on governance, security, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry, including first-party and custom-engine agents.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration, grounding, and integration.
• Guide customers through agent solution delivery, governance, and readiness assessments.
• Lead governance implementation: environment strategy, zoned governance, pipelines, and ALM across Power Platform and Azure.
• Define secure, governed agent environments with identity, data access, and compliance controls.
