Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Agents & Automation to lead enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot. You will drive governance, secure deployment, and scalable environments across Power Platform and Azure, partnering with customers to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

The role emphasizes a hands-on engineering focus, enabling agents, governance, and lifecycle management while contributing to SHI’s Microsoft Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure or related cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Foundry for agent development.
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and lifecycle management."

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration and integration.
• Guide customers through agent solution delivery and governance.
• Lead environment strategy, governance, and ALM across Power Platform and Azure.
• Design secure agent environments with identity, data access, and compliance controls.
• Translate requirements into workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Develop reusable assets and implementation guides for Copilot and agent services.
