Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design, implement, and govern enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Copilot Agent Builder.

You will secure environments, enable governance, and drive scalable agent deployments across Power Platform and Azure. You will partner with customers to translate requirements into production-ready workflows, leverage enterprise data sources, and promote responsible AI practices while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure with AI/agent experience.
• Hands-on experience building production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Experience designing declarative and embedded agent experiences across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Strong governance, security, and lifecycle management across Microsoft platform services.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration, grounding, and integration.
• Guide SHI customers through agent solution delivery and governance.
• Lead agent governance implementation across Power Platform and Azure.
• Define fit-for-purpose agent architectures aligned to customer requirements.
• Implement secure and governed agent environments with identity, data access, and compliance controls.
• Develop reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
