Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation to design, build, and govern enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and 365 Defender integration.

You’ll implement governance, security, and lifecycle management for agent platforms and provide hands-on delivery to customers. In this role, you’ll configure Power Platform environments, enable zoned governance, and develop reusable assets and patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Four+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related cloud technologies.
• Experience developing production agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for workforce agent solution development across Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Build and deploy custom-engine agents in Foundry with orchestration and integration.
• Guide customers through agent governance, environment readiness, and DLP policies.
• Define governance, ALM, and security controls across Power Platform and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into scalable agent workflows and extensibility patterns.
