Job summary

Openkyber, LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer (WFM) to design and deliver integrated workforce management software in a remote global IT environment. The role focuses on engineering excellence, collaboration with technical and business partners, and delivering reliable, scalable components for operational performance.

Key responsibilities include leading technical design, cross-team collaboration, and maintaining engineering best practices, with an emphasis on scalable, secure WFM

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall engineering and IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience estimating, designing, developing, and implementing solutions using DataStage, Dell Boomi, and Unix.
• 2+ years of experience creating the overall architecture of complex solutions and building solutions directly.
• 3+ years of SaaS/Cloud practices experience, strong Linux shell scripting and Python scripting skills, 3+ years with automation technologies such as Tosca or similar tools, and 5+ years working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying integrated Workforce Management and Labor Budgeting & Planning software (preferably UKG Pro WFM and UKG WFC).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for integrated workforce management solutions across global users.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to estimate, design, code, deploy, and support working software components.
