Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a UKG Solutions Architect based in the United States. You will lead design, architecture, and delivery of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for clients across industries in a mostly remote setting.

The role requires extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM, strong client-facing leadership, and the ability to drive implementation projects from discovery through deployment. Occasional travel may be required to client sites or internal meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience with workforce management
• UKG Pro WFM implementation experience including architecture and delivery
• Bachelor's degree or related discipline; professional certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of UKG Pro WFM solutions for clients
• Facilitate requirements workshops and consult on best practices
• Oversee project teams, plans, milestones, and risk management
• Guide solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to growth of consulting capabilities
• Maintain knowledge of UKG technologies and implementation methodologies
