Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant to join our workforce management team in the United States.

The role focuses on configuring UKG WFM, Timekeeping, and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business stakeholders. You will analyze requirements, translate them into system configurations, perform testing and UAT, support WFM integrations via APIs, and assist with payroll on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong experience configuring UKG WFM systems, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
• Experience with WFM APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex WFM issues.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into configurations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience supporting payroll processes and UAT.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience configuring UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and working with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support UKG WFM, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Work with business users and technical teams to support WFM enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support WFM integrations using APIs.
• Analyze reports and data to improve system performance.
• Participate in payroll support on a rotating schedule (approximately once every six weeks).

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration.
• Advanced Scheduling experience.
• UKG Timekeeping experience.
• Experience with WFM APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Complex WFM configuration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
