Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, sales partners, and engineering teams. You will provide expert product recommendations, develop competitive quotes, and deliver exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities include evaluating applications, collaborating with engineering, and maintaining CRM/ERP data. This role emphasizes problem solving, communication, and driving opportunities from inquiry to order in a manufacturing

Formación

• 3–5 years of technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales representatives.
• Evaluate applications and recommend custom or standard product solutions.
• Develop accurate quotes and proposals while driving opportunities from inquiry to order.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on unique and complex customer applications.
• Support strategic account growth by identifying opportunities and market trends.
• Maintain customer, quote, and opportunity data within CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist with issue resolution and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product training and represent Dynatect at trade shows and industry events.
• Track sales performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
