Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support to sales, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and R&D. This role will evaluate customer requirements, develop tailored technical solutions, and support successful product implementation.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver accurate drawings, BOMs, and documentation, and to ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software; SolidWorks preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, installation drawings, and product solutions for customer projects
• Develop and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Perform product calculations and assist with quality-related issues
• Support manufacturing and fabrication with drawing and technical requests
• Assist Supply Chain with vendor inquiries and supplier evaluations
• Support new product development and product launches
• Ensure compliance with applicable manufacturing regulations
