You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service teams to develop proposals, support customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure successful project execution. This role demands strong technical knowledge, experience with CAD (AutoCAD), ERP systems, and a customer-focused

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales Support, Inside Sales, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; 1–2 years experience with AutoCAD drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical resource for customers and internal teams.
• Respond to inquiries and support product selection, pricing, and order status.
• Review RFQs and develop accurate quotations and technical proposals.
• Process and manage customer orders within ERP systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful order execution.
• Develop bills of material and manufacturing documentation.
