Job summary

Dynatect seeks a Client Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company, customers, and sales reps in New Berlin, WI. You will evaluate applications, propose solutions, and generate accurate quotes while coordinating with engineering for non-standard products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; technical background strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years inside sales or customer-facing technical support in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence and build relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems, and general office tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret technical data and read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and courteously, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and Reps by evaluating applications, recommending solutions, and generating accurate quotes.
• Collect and communicate necessary application details to engineering for non-standard product solutions.
• Convert inquiries to orders by guiding customers through product selection, quoting, and order processing via phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and Reps to identify opportunities and support market plans.
• Maintain customer, quote, and Rep records within ERP and CRM systems.
• Support issue resolution by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.
• Participate in industry trade shows and conferences; represent Dynatect at booths or product displays.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers and Reps on applications and specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
• Support tracking and reporting of sales metrics and quote response time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
