Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Solutions Consultants I to join the Sales & Marketing team. This fully remote role supports clients across the U.S., partnering with service, current client consultants, and inside sales to win business.

You will demonstrate Paylocity’s product suite, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with multiple internal teams. A 2-3 year background in HCM sales/ops and strong presentation skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HCM industry experience in sales or an operations role is required.
• Experience and familiarity of Paylocity products is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written or verbal conversations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Paylocity’s product to quantify impact and align requirements for the customer.
• Conducts engaging, tailored product demonstrations to win business.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of Paylocity products and monitors releases/enhancements.
• Collaborates with internal teams to document needs and develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Supports RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical input as needed.
