Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead technical engagements and own the technical success of strategic accounts. You will guide customers through security transformations, architecting solutions across on-premises, cloud, and security operations environments while coordinating with sales, services, and partners.

The role demands deep technical rigor, DoD navigation experience, and a proven ability to influence decision makers.

Qualifications

6+ years technical pre-sales experience required.
Active Top Secret or higher is preferred.
Proven track record selling to and navigating the DoD environment.
Knowledge of USAF enterprise infrastructure and architectures.
Ideally located in St. Louis, Omaha, Boston area or willing to travel there.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans for complex engagements.
Conduct advanced discovery to align priorities with customer needs.
Build senior customer relationships to drive a security architecture transformation roadmap.
Position and design PANW solutions across on-prem, cloud, and security operations services.
Lead technical validation efforts tailored to customer environments to win opportunities.
Promote integrated solutions and drive platform adoption with Professional Services.
