Job summary

Netchex is seeking a Solution Consultant to translate client needs into practical Netchex platform solutions, deliver tailored product demos, and guide clients through adoption and optimization. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Client Success to incorporate client feedback into product improvements.

Applicants should be located in the United States and eligible to work full-time in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client service role, or 1 year of client service plus 1 year as a solutions specialist.
• Strong understanding of client needs analysis and translating needs into business solutions.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, and client success teams.
• Experience guiding clients through the adoption and optimization of software platforms and integrations.
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and translate them into practical business solutions within the Netchex platform.
• Host product demos across our full suite, including focused demos tailored to specific client goals.
• Guide clients through adopting and optimizing our software, modules, and integrations so they realize their full value.
• Build lasting client relationships through tailored support that drives long-term value.
• Organize adoption priorities and collaboratively plan customized module implementations with clients.
• Gather client feedback and turn it into clear, actionable input for our product teams.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Client Success to deliver impactful solutions.
• Use AI-powered tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and client communication, while focusing your own time on relationships and complex problem-solving
