Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering in SaaS.

• Strong analytical skills to diagnose roadblocks and propose workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping, workflow mapping, and solution design with sales.
• Support partner migrations and cloud-based implementations.
• Deliver technical demos and consulting to upskill partners.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and platform roadmap.
