Job summary

Xero is seeking a Senior Account Executive to partner with large and mid-tier accounting practices, guiding digital migrations to the Xero platform. You will own your territory, travel regionally, and build lasting relationships with accounting partners to drive adoption and revenue.

In this field-based role across San Francisco, you will develop engagement plans, run certification events, and leverage Salesforce to forecast pipelines and manage accounts, with a holistic compensation package

Qualifications

• Proven success in field account management and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Interest in the fintech market and ability to educate others on digital resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement plans and project strategies to support partner migrations.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth across the territory.
• Manage a consistent cycle of appointments and meetings within the territory to advance online strategy.
• Recruit, educate, and grow the partner base with events and certification training.
• Use Salesforce to maintain accurate data and forecast territory management.
