Xero is seeking a Senior Account Executive to partner with large and mid-tier accounting practices, guiding their digital transformation and migrations to the Xero platform. This field-based role spans the San Francisco area, with autonomy over your territory and regular travel for client meetings.

You will join a goal-driven team and collaborate with Senior Account Executives and Partner Consulting to manage territory growth, events, and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field account management experience.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Interest in fintech and educating clients on digital resources.
• Ability to work independently with strong process focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop formal engagement plans to support partner migrations.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth across your territory.
• Manage a cycle of appointments to grow online strategy.
• Lead partner events and certification training.
• Use Salesforce to maintain data and forecast accurately.
