Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software solution architects. You will drive end-to-end deployments in customer data centers, shaping roadmaps through customer feedback and technical reviews.

You will recruit, mentor, and guide a team across compute, network and software architecture, while staying hands-on in design reviews, debugging, and customer engagements. Travel up to 20% and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Physics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering or related roles, with 2+ years leading engineers or architects.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, and cluster troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects and engineers for large-scale GPU deployments.
• Provide deep subject‑matter expertise in GPU and network systems for strategic AI‑native customers.
• Lead compute, network, and software architecture discussions and support data center bring‑up.
• Collect customer requirements and influence roadmap with PM, Sales, and Engineering.
• Expand NVIDIA's solution engagements with AI‑lab customers.
