Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a team leader to operationalize its latest AI and GPU solutions in customer environments from Santa Clara. You will recruit and guide a diverse team of solution architects, system engineers, and software engineers to deploy large-scale GPU and AI networking solutions.

You will stay hands-on in critical reviews and debugging, while mentoring staff and shaping deployment strategies. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to translate customer

Qualifications

8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Data Center, or similar.
2+ years leading or mentoring engineers/architects.
Strong Linux, kernel, and data center networking experience.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex deployments.

Responsibilities

Recruit & manage a team of solutions architects, system/network and software engineers focused on large-scale GPU deployments.
Set priorities, allocate resources, mentor, and ensure high-quality customer delivery across multiple projects.
Provide SME in GPU and network systems and serve as senior technical contact for strategic customers.
Lead compute/network configuration and performance debugging with your team.
Guide network/compute/software architecture discussions and support on-site deployments when needed.
Synthesize customer requirements across portfolio and influence product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
