Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software solution architects and engineers. You will drive end-to-end solution deployments in customer data centers and shape roadmaps through customer feedback.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring engineers, delivering complex compute and network configurations, and aligning with Product Management and Sales to expand NVIDIA's engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in systems/solutions/engineering roles with 2+ years leading engineers.
• Expertise in CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, kernel drivers, and data center networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solutions architects and engineers across GPU and AI networking deployments.
• Provide deep technical guidance and drive end-to-end deployment reviews.
• Collaborate with PM, Sales, and Engineering to influence roadmaps and reference designs.
• Support on-site data center bring-up and complex debug efforts.
