Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software solution architects and engineers responsible for large-scale AI deployments in customer data centers. You will drive technical leadership, design reviews, and end-to-end solution delivery while shaping roadmaps through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Networking or Data Center roles with 2+ years leading engineers or architects.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
• Data center networking experience including Ethernet/InfiniBand switches, NICs, fabrics, tooling and cluster performance troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, set priorities, and drive complex projects from design through production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including leading customer meetings and producing design docs and debug summaries.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & manage a team of solutions architects, system/network and software engineers for large-scale GPU/AI deployments.
• Provide deep SME guidance for compute and network configurations and debugging; lead key technical reviews.
• Guide architecture discussions and support server, network, and cluster bring-up, including on-site work.
• Synthesize customer requirements and collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
• Expand NVIDIA engagements with strategic AI-lab customers.
