Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of GPU, networking and software solution architects and engineers. You will guide end-to-end deployments in customer data centers, shaping product roadmaps with customer feedback, and performing deep technical reviews and debugging.

You will recruit, mentor and manage a distributed team, set priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects while staying hands-on in critical design decisions.

Qualifications

• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
• Experience with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and infra.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive complex projects from design to production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on debugging and design review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solutions architects and engineers focused on GPU and AI networking deployments.
• Provide SME guidance and be the senior technical contact for strategic customers.
• Guide network/compute/software architecture discussions and on-site data center work.
• Synthesize customer requirements and influence product roadmaps.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites and industry events.
