Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a hands-on Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a team delivering large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments for emerging AI labs and strategic customers. You will recruit, mentor, and ensure high-quality delivery while actively participating in technical design reviews and debugging efforts.

Responsibilities include leading compute and network configurations, coordinating with product and sales, and shaping roadmaps based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers or architects.
• Experience with data center networking, Ethernet/InfiniBand switches, NICs, fabrics, and cluster performance troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer meetings and design docs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & manage a team of solutions architects, system/network and software engineers for large-scale GPU and AI networking deployments.
• Provide deep subject-matter expertise in advanced GPU and network systems for strategic customers and emerging AI labs.
• Lead complex compute and network configurations and performance debugging with the team.
• Guide team discussions on compute, network, and software architecture and support bring-up in data centers.
