Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara and nationwide locations seeks a hands-on Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a team of GPU, networking, and software engineers delivering large-scale deployments in customer data centers.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural reviews, and collaborate with product management and sales to shape the roadmap while maintaining direct technical involvement in debugging and design decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering or related roles.
2+ years of mentoring or people management.
System-level CPU/GPU server architecture experience.
Data center networking experience (Ethernet/InfiniBand).
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects, engineers, and developers.
Lead technical reviews, design decisions, and critical debugging tasks.
Provide SME guidance on GPU and network systems for strategic customers.
Guide network/compute/software architecture discussions and on-site deployments.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
