Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead assessment, design, and implementation of logistics solutions. You will review current state, craft an ideal future state with data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable, operable designs.

You will support the deal cycle with strategic thinking, pricing input, and demonstrations of technology platforms to prospective clients, requiring strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field.
• MBA preferred if Bachelor’s is not in business or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain management related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative, solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience at C‑Suite level in transportation/logistics/TMS.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the value and differentiators of Transportation Insight as a logistics partner.
• Gather client requirements and key drivers for value-based improvements.
• Assess a prospect's current supply chain program and document current state.
• Coordinate assessment process and timelines.
• Understand client systems and requirements to propose best solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategy and framework.
• Support pricing strategies for service offerings.
• Assist sales in demonstrating technology platforms to close deals.
