Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Solutions Architect for Integrations in the United States. You will translate integration requirements into scoped blueprints and collaborate with Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver robust connectors.

You will lead discovery, design integration patterns, and provide accurate effort estimates. Advanced knowledge of ERP/EAM systems and iPaaS tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise systems (ERP/EAM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to asset management and maintenance support.
• Lead technical discovery conversations about ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for post-sales handoffs.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Represent feasibility and complexity in deal reviews and pricing, flag risks to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates and communicate pipeline.
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal to advocate for prospect needs and accelerate deal velocity.
