Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations. You will bridge Sales and Post-Sales by translating integration needs into actionable blueprints for delivery.

You will partner with prospects and internal teams to map ERP/EAM connections, deliver scope documents, and craft repeatable patterns while shaping the architectural approach with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across engineering and business teams.
• Experience with ERP or EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover technical and operational pain points related to asset management and maintenance support.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems that need to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff to post-sales teams.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built assets, and reference architectures to accelerate deals.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews and pricing discussions, flagging risk to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with the post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates based on delivery outcomes, and communicate pipeline.
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to advocate for prospect needs and speed deal velocity.
