Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to own the technical delivery of implementations for the region’s Banks and Financial Institutions. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, and contribute to strategic pre-sales cycles.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in enterprise or financial services environments, hands-on software development, and strong IT security knowledge. Excellent English is essential, with Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise or financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies (one is a must).
• Hands-on software development mindset and IT security knowledge.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
• Define customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Coordinate complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule to production.
• Create reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for scale across AMER.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction during delivery.
