Job summary

Akoya is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge our network and customer integrations, driving pre-sales demos, technical scoping, and onboarding through go-live. You will configure OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, troubleshoot API issues, and build prototype integrations.

Join a highly technical, customer-facing team and collaborate with developers, engineers, and executives. Occasional travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in CS/engineering.
• Proficiency in Go, with exposure to JS, Python, or Java; able to write and review integration code.
• Deep experience with RESTful JSON APIs including design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource during pre-sales and for new Akoya customers.
• Demonstrate product, scope integrations, and build lightweight prototypes to de-risk deals.
• Own technical onboarding from contract through go-live and support post-launch.
