Job summary

Akoya is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge our network with customer implementations, from pre-sales to go-live and beyond. You will work hands-on with customer engineers to demonstrate the product, scope integrations, configure authentication, and troubleshoot API issues.

You'll own onboarding, craft integration guides, and present clear technical concepts to developers and executives alike, while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on RESTful API design, testing, and troubleshooting with tools like Postman or curl.
• Implementing Delegated Authorization (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML) and SSO configurations.
• Strong understanding of networking basics, TLS, proxies, and firewalls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for prospective and new customers during the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored technical demos and proofs-of-concept aligned with customer stacks.
• Document integration requirements and technical specs with customer engineering teams.
• Create sample code and lightweight prototypes to de-risk deals pre-signature.
• Own technical onboarding from contract through go-live and support ongoing issues.
