Job summary

Volantio Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical dimension of how we win, land, and grow airline deployments.

You will lead the technical side of deal progression, from qualification through closure, serving as the in-room authority during evaluations and contracts. This hands-on role bridges AI demos and production commitments, building demo environments and reference architectures, and ensuring sales promises align with engineering reality across North America, Asia-Pacific,

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or related pre‑sales roles.
• Experience designing or deploying integrations in large enterprise IT environments: APIs, data pipelines, DNS/networking, SSO/identity, cloud architecture (AWS preferred).
• Full pre-sales lifecycle experience: use case discovery, solution scoping, and delivering architecture designs to audiences from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own technical responses to airline RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Design deployment and integration architectures for new airline customers, including PSS integration paths (Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire).
• Author the technical SOWs schedules and review contracts for capability gaps and non‑functional commitments.
• Maintain the technical record for every opportunity in CRM with use case, success criteria, and risks.
• Build and maintain reusable assets: demo environments, Vector agent templates, reference architectures.
