Job summary

Veryon is seeking a Solutions Engineer to ensure the technical integrity and compelling demos of the full Veryon product suite, including Maintenance Tracking, Publications, Diagnostics, and AI-driven insights.

The role acts as the SME across Commercial Operators, MRO facilities, and BGA fleets, translating complex client challenges into value-driven solutions and partnering with Account Executives to drive digital transformation globally.

Qualifications

• Must possess deep, comprehensive working knowledge of the Aviation Industry, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes, regulatory compliance (covering Part 121, Part 145, and/or Part 91/135), and the distinct operational challenges faced by Commercial Operators, MRO businesses, and BGA fleets.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and compellingly to both technical specialists and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience responding to complex, structured RFPs/RFIs and managing Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
• Deep familiarity with data integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes (e.g., ERP, MRO systems).
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools to support the sales cycle and streamline RFI/RFP responses.
• Ability to Travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with diverse customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows, system integrations, and regulatory requirements.
• Map the full Veryon product portfolio to client needs for Commercial, MRO, and BGA segments.
• Define technical scope of work, integration strategies, and deployment plans for global adoption.
• Design, configure, and deliver personalized product demonstrations showing ROI and value.
• Own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and manage complex PoCs to validate fit and impact.
• Provide market feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing; travel for on-site client presentations and workshops.
