Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a founding Solutions Architect to drive Nordic and European growth. You will partner with account teams, executives, and partners to demonstrate the value of AI technology and lead customer pilots that showcase real-world impact.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on deployment, owning the technical relationship and guiding colleagues toward scalable adoption across large enterprise and government accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience in SA/SE/IT roles.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and understanding of LLM strengths/weaknesses.
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation).
• Excellent communication skills for executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical conversation with customers and partners.
• Design enterprise architectures and guide pilots to demonstrate value.
• Translate customer objectives into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align offerings with market needs.
• Develop scalable processes for the solutions-architect team and partners.
