The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales and business development within the Healthcare vertical, focusing on Life Sciences organizations. This role involves developing territory and account strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow revenue. The position requires a proven track record in strategic new business sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities with fluctuating deadlines. Travel up to 50% may be required. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with specific salary ranges depending on the location.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of outside sales experience with at least 5+ years in selling to life sciences organizations, and domain knowledge in clinical research and drug development.
