BenefitMall - Benefits Sales Executive (Remote)

BenefitMall is seeking a Benefits Sales Executive for a fully remote position, primarily in California due to in-person meeting requirements. The role involves developing relationships with broker firms, promoting BenefitMall’s services, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting and training new agents, promoting BenefitMall’s offerings.
  2. Collaborating with agents/brokers to develop sales strategies and increase product uptake.
  3. Leading team activities to ensure efficient benefits selling experiences.
  4. Educating agents on products and processes, hosting strategy calls, and utilizing internal systems for tracking.
  5. Marketing to agents/brokers to encourage business growth and technology adoption.
  6. Coordinating with carrier resources and maintaining confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Life & Health License required.
  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in health insurance/employee benefits sales.
  • Strong knowledge of group insurance products and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers.
