A technology solutions company in California is seeking a qualified candidate to handle IT provisioning and implementation tasks, specifically involving DID's, Toll Free Numbers, and call routing technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Genesys products, IVR design, and proficiency in database management as well as Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

• Provisioning and implementing DID’s, Toll Free Numbers, DNIS’s, circuits and services with carriers.
• Call routing technology and reporting, preferably Genesys products.
• IVR design, preferably Genesys Voice Portal.
• Call recording experience, preferably with NICE.
• Workforce management solutions knowledge, preferably Aspect.
• Performance management and data warehousing experience, preferably with Merced and Business Objects.
• Integration with web services experience.
• CTI experience with Genesys.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Database design/reporting experience with MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or Access is a big plus.
