Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Solution Consultant for the Small Enterprise segment in Boston with a hybrid work model. You will support 4–6 Client Specialists, delivering technical demonstrations and value propositions to drive opportunities.

You will collaborate with sales, services and partners, addressing customer needs and showcasing how Nexthink improves digital employee experiences. The role requires 3+ years in presales/technical consulting, strong communication, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

3+ years in a presales or technical consulting role.
Experience partnering with sales to meet revenue goals in fast-paced environments.
Experience introducing new technology to new markets.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support on opportunities, including discovery meetings and product demos.
Demonstrate Nexthink value and differentiators to customers and prospects.
Collaborate with sales to qualify opportunities and align to business outcomes.
Engage multiple stakeholders across End User Computing, IT Operations and IT Service Management.
Lead security questionnaire responses and run technical validations (POC/POV).
Attend webinars/marketing events and support in-person/remote engagements.
