Job summary

Eagle Point Software is seeking a Solution Adoption Partner to manage and oversee strategic customer projects, ensuring customers achieve their goals through adoption of our solutions and offerings. You will drive successful onboarding and value realization.

You will lead multi‑project engagements, collaborate with customers and internal SMEs, and guide teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget. Strong communication and problem solving are essential as you translate complex requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence others and lead customer engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and assist with solution adoption projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to define onboarding plans that drive early value realization.
• Identify and mitigate software adoption barriers including technical issues, communication issues, and cultural differences.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to align with goals.
• Learn new releases and product functionality for onboarding projects.
• Provide demonstrations of the solution.
• Lead calls, coordinate tasks, establish timelines, maintain project plan.
• Ensure resources are held accountable to tasks and timelines.
• Manage internal SMEs and external customer SMEs and champions.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Apply industry best practices throughout project execution.
• Measure project performance to identify improvements.
