Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the United States. You will sell the company’s products, develop strategic business plans, and build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers to drive revenue and market share.

The role requires significant travel, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in pharma sales, with oncology experience preferred. A competitive compensation package includes base salary and incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required to customer sites with minimum 50%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Develop relationships with hospital HCPs and key decision makers to facilitate orders.
• Provide post-sales support for territory business.
