GSK is seeking a field-based oncology sales professional to manage a defined territory in the Philadelphia suburban area. You will build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams, execute territory plans, and drive patient access and outcomes.

Travel 30-50% within the territory and beyond may be required. The role emphasizes collaboration with medical affairs, market access, and commercial ops, with a focus on compliant field programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/biologic/specialty sales or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.
• Create and execute clear territory business plans.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and apply resources to support their needs.
• Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated field programs.
