Job summary

Kite Human Capital Limited is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer for its New York office. You will be the go-to technology expert, delivering white-glove support to Portfolio Managers, traders, and high-level executives in a fast-paced trading environment.

You will own all end-user technology on-site, install and upgrade setups, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with the global technology team to maintain smooth operations for a world-class trading office.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop support in hedge funds, investment banks or trading floors.
• High proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and front-office users.
• Excellent communication and VIP support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class desktop, hardware and software support to portfolio managers, traders and executives.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Bloomberg Terminals and other trading-floor technology.
• Own the New York office’s end-user technology from setup to incident resolution.
