Job summary

Garda Capital Partners seeks a Technical Support Engineer in New York to own the on-site technology experience for the NY office and trading floor. You will resolve user issues quickly, coordinate with the Garda MSP, and participate in global infrastructure projects.

The role covers deskside support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, M365, AV/VC, and network/trading-floor technology, with a focus on reliable, white-glove service for executives and investment professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace technology or site IT operations.
• Experience supporting executives and investment professionals.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, mobile, and AV/VC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technology contact for New York employees, including traders and executives.
• Provide deskside support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printing, peripherals, and business applications.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, imaging, configuration, Intune enrollment, software deployment, and lifecycle activities.
• Provide white-glove support during time-sensitive issues, with clear communication through resolution.
• Support local network connectivity, Wi-Fi, meeting-room AV/VC, and trading-floor technology with global owners.
• Monitor site technology health and escalate issues with diagnostics and impact notes.
• Coordinate office technology changes, moves, installations, and vendor work per standards.
