Qualifications

• Maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance.
• Furnish your own basic set of electrical tools.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and solar equipment.
• Maintain updated Case Records in software (NetSuite).
• Set up data monitoring.
• Provide feedback to the Field Manager on quality issues identified on installations.
• Respond promptly to new service cases by coordinating with Case Manager and Customer.
• Provide updates on Service Cases to Service Manager.
• Maintain stock on the service truck and ensure it is clean, serviceable and organized.
• Plan materials needed for service calls; identify new products to solve technical issues.
• Travel to job sites required.
