Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to optimize our O&M field service operations from our Houston office. You will develop planning processes, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely preventive maintenance and service delivery while integrating advanced scheduling tools and safety standards.

• 5-7 years of experience in service planning and scheduling, ideally in the BESS or energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage subcontractors for O&M activities when internal resources are not available.
• Foster team collaboration, encourage continuous learning and technical improvement.
• Ensure the O&M team is well-trained and equipped.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage site reports in alignment with client agreements.
• Evaluate O&M vendor performance and develop O&M processes and documentation.
• Review contracts for comprehensive O&M requirements.
• Schedule and conduct annual preventative maintenance services with clients.

The Position:

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $56,000 - $83,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
