Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Administrator in San Antonio, TX to support our Solar Service Operations team. You will be the liaison between customers, field technicians, manufacturers, and internal partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service or operations coordination, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience processing quotes, POs, and service records. Salesforce experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of customer service, administrative support, customer support, or operational coordination experience.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience processing customer documentation, purchase orders, quotes, or service-related records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and support needs.
• Coordinate communication among customers, field technicians, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Process quotes, purchase orders, service documentation, and customer records.
• Schedule service activities, meetings, training sessions, and operational events.
• Track shipments, spare-parts orders, and warranty claims to support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities for the Solar Service Operations team.
• Escalate customer concerns and assist with issue resolution while maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Collaborate across functions to support service execution and continuous process improvement.
