Job summary

Siemens is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Administrator to support our Solar Service Operations team in the United States. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, field service teams, manufacturers, and internal business partners to help ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate customer inquiries, service requests, logistics activities, warranty claims, and administrative functions while partnering with Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, administrative support, customer support, or operational coordination experience.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience processing customer documentation, purchase orders, quotes, or service-related records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and support needs.
• Coordinate communication among customers, field technicians, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Process quotes, purchase orders, service documentation, and customer records.
• Schedule service activities, meetings, training sessions, and operational events.
• Track shipments, spare-parts orders, and warranty claims to support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities for the Solar Service Operations team.
• Escalate customer concerns and assist with issue resolution while maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Collaborate across functions to support service execution and continuous process improvement.
