Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant in New London, CT. Leverage warm leads and uncapped commissions while selling solar and roofing solutions to homeowners. Paid training, strong support, and multiple revenue streams empower first-year reps to earn substantial OTE.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience and a proven closer mindset. You’ll work with a trusted brand, access robust marketing support, and advance within a growth-focused organization

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
